The Value of Assessment Tools

There are many types of assessement tools that measure different aspects of the self.

Assessments give us feedback and feedback is the greatest career tool of all because it helps us measure our progress and shows us what aspects we need to concentrate on in order to improve our perfomance - we cannot manage what you cannot measure.

Learning about the self is a life long event as we are constantly hanging and developing.
